Rodney Mauroner
Lead Pastor
Rodney was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated in 1992 from Southeastern College of the Assemblies of God in Lakeland, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sacred Music and has also completed several post-graduate classes at the New Orleans Theological Seminary.
He has served churches in Louisiana, Iowa, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama, in positions of Worship Pastor and Associate Pastor. He has 5 years of part time and over 20 years of full time ministry experience.

He completed his ordination requirements and was ordained at the 2010 Alabama District Council of the Assemblies of God. For the past 4 years, Rodney has served as the Executive Pastor of FOL and recently in November of 2017, was elected as FOL Lead Pastor.
Shane Jones
Associate Pastor

Shane grew up in Montgomery, AL the son of an Assemblies of God pastor. After high school he attended Southeastern University where he graduated in 2004 with a degree in Church Ministries and a minor in Christian Counseling. While at Southeastern, he married his teenage sweetheart, Keysa, and over the past 19 years of marriage God has blessed them with 3 great kids—Zac, Ethan, and Karys.

After leaving Southeastern 2004, Shane and Keysa spent over five years as the youth pastors at Fountain of Life Church under Pastor Clinton Hobbs. In 2009, they felt God moving them on and over the next 9 years, Shane filled the roles of Worship Pastor, Executive Pastor, Lead Pastor and Church Planter while Keysa gained extensive experience in the world of church administration and finance.

From April of 2018 through October of this year, Shane served as the General Manager of Chick-fil-A in Northport, AL—just outside of Tuscaloosa where he led a team of over 100 employees. During that time, Shane specialized in leadership development and the personal and spiritual growth of the restaurant leaders and the business experienced tremendous growth.

In November of 2019, Shane and Keysa followed the call of God to return home to where their full-time pastoral ministry began—Fountain of Life Church. They are so excited for what the future holds both for their family and this church!

Stacy Busby
Worship Leader

Stacy was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. She was brought up in a Christian home and was raised in the Assemblies of God. Her parents were deeply rooted in Southern Gospel music and she traveled alongside them for several years. She was surrounded by a generation of musically inclined family members who played a huge part in who she is today. After discovering the musical talent that God had given her, she was heavily involved in band, choral, choir, show choir, Alabama All State Youth Choir, and church praise teams. She also served in the youth group as the worship leader.

She graduated high school in 2002 and then received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Alabama in 2008. After moving to Mobile, she married her amazing husband, Justin Busby. They began attending Fountain of Life Church in 2004. God then blessed the couple with two beautiful children, Lucas and Makenna.

It is then that God placed both Stacy and Justin in Young Adult leadership to minister in worship and any other areas. They were leaders for 4 years and then after consistent obedience, God put them in the position to lead the Young Adults ministry for 5 years.

God had more plans in store for their life and spoke into Stacy’s heart the call to be a music minister. Since 2014, she has served as the Worship Leader of Fountain of Life Church.

“I am extremely honored that God has entrusted me to lead His people into His presence and to His throne room through the gifts and talents He has blessed me with.” -Stacy
