We truly appreciate you doing your part in helping to make our church building a safe and healthy environment for your family to come and worship. We want to let you know what to expect and things to keep in mind when you arrive to a service:

-There will only be one entrance, the Evangel Christian School Entrance (side of building).

-For those who have registered for a service, you will be checked-in at the entrance and then as you enter the building there will be an usher at the Main Sanctuary door to guide you to your seats.

– If you have not registered for a service, you will be kindly asked to wait in your car or at the patio tables until those who have registered are seated. At that point, we can determine if there are any available seats left. (Friday is the deadline to register.) Click here to register now for this Sunday: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/folc-relaunch-service-registration-104988350984

– At-Risk registrants will be seated first. We ask that all At-Risk members arrive between 8:30-8:45 so that you can be seated before everyone else enters.

-All other registrants, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for the check-in process. If you arrive any earlier you will be asked to wait in your car until we have finished seating the At-Risk members. The entrance will be opened at Check-In time. Check-In will start 15 minutes before service time. If you have registered, but arrive after service has started (9am/11am) your reserved seats will be released to those who are waiting to be seated.

– There will be hand sanitizer, gloves and facemasks available for you at the entrance, but are not required. We encourage everyone that has a mask, to bring their own.

-Once you have entered the building, you will be greeted by an usher at the Main Sanctuary doors who will walk you to your seats. Please remember to maintain social distancing while you wait to be seated. Blue lines will be marked at 6ft increments to help you.

-Doors will be propped open for your safety. The Worship Guide information (FOL News) will be sent out by email or you can scan the QR codes that will be posted on the walls to read our up-to-date news.

-In this first phase, there will be NO children’s services/classes for any ages. Your children will attend the family service with you. The family service will contain children elements. With each phase we will slowly open the church to other ministries and groups. But for the safety of everyone, we are taking baby steps in the process of re-opening.

-Practice social distancing. We ask that every member of your household sit together. As you are seated in the Main Sanctuary, please keep a distance of 2 chairs between other families.

-Be respectful of others. Please refrain from any physical contact such as hugging or shaking hands with others out of respect for their health.

-No beverages will be served. You are permitted to bring your own drink WITH A LID.

-The Mothers Room will be available for NURSING MOTHERS ONLY. There will be a limit of two nursing mothers and two lap babies allowed at a time. There will be sanitation items available for you to use when you have finished in the Mothers Room. The main foyer seating will be limited to mothers with fussy toddlers only. The Mothers Room and the Main Foyer will be regulated.

– The only exit will be through the main foyer. When service has ended, we will dismiss everyone by groups. We ask that everyone please exit in a timely manner so that our disinfecting team can get to work to prepare for the next services.

-Please no gathering in the sanctuary or in the main foyer. We ask that you visit with others outside of the building while still adhering to the social distancing guidelines. No hugging or shaking hands.

Thank you again for your cooperation in this! We look forward to seeing all of you!
